All our products are made to order and will take 6 to 8 weeks for production. Some products may be in stock and will take less time. Please contact us at: hello@zimajewelry.com

We accept payment online by: Credit Card, ApplePay. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped within Florida at the current local rate. Requirements and thresholds may change due to factors outside of our control.

All of our pieces are made to order, this is why all our sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns.

All Zima Jewelry pieces should be cared for.

  • Take off your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising and washing dishes.
  • Avoid contact with lotion, perfume or makeup.
  • Safely store your jewelry separately and preferably on a flat surface when not in use.
  • To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds. For colored stones only use a soft wipe.

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time and cannot be combined. You will only be able to use one discount at a time.

Discounts do not apply to Gift Cards.

All Zima Jewelry pieces are delicate. We are happy to repair any items within the first 120 days of purchase. Repairs after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will have a repair and shipping fee at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and start at $35, plus shipping.

Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style. Ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Please note that bangles and eternity rings cannot be resized. Most of our rings can’t be resized more than one size.

Zima Jewelry is not responsible for items repaired by other jewelers. All warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on an Zima Jewelry piece.
